Activity Diary




In any business, as your company grows, communication is always a high priority. When a customer is acquired, there are many different departments in the company that will communicate with that client. Production managers, sales managers, accounting, sales reps and office personnel are some to name a few.

MaxCon Pro provides an Activity History Diary in each client file. Important dates are required to be entered such as initial customer contacted, customer contact, subsequent customer contact and customer scheduled.  If these important actions are not performed within the client file, the system sends a reminder to the sales rep and managers to let them know there is a log jam in the river.

The other part of the Activity Diary is the entry of each conversation with the client. There is a management data entry area and a sales rep data area. Proper tracking of conversations will help ensure that the company is always informed. No more being surprised with information you were not aware of. We realize that 90% of small businesses including roofing contractors use QuickBooks® as their accounting software. That is why we spent the time and effort to give MaxCon Pro customers what they wanted: deep integration with QuickBooks®.

Our integration with QuickBooks® is a very easy process:

  1. Download the MaxCon/QuickBooks web-connector onto your bookkeeping Windows based PC or have your bookkeeper perform this step.
  2. Once a client is a newly-approved SUB 2 in MaxCon Pro, the system will upload the client information into QuickBooks. No more double data entry!
  3. The same customers from MaxCon Pro will now appear in QuickBooks

We will also auto-sync your data from MaxCon Pro into QuickBooks on a recurring basis. This means your books will always be correct even if you change orders, supplements or you collect a payment. We make it easy with our QuickBooks web-connector.

MaxCon Pro also performs payroll submission and tracking through our Options tab. This is a very simple way for sales reps and managers to submit their payroll request through their system and tracks it out to the client it is requested for. An alert will be sent to the appropriate person to approve the payroll. Once approved the payroll manager will pay the sales rep.

MaxCon Pro will also track your AR. You can sort by age, date, rep, customer or amount. Keep on top of the monies that are owed to keep the cash flow moving and your business growing. The longer the money sits the harder it is to collect.
