The Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) says the 120 most common responsibilities of a Construction Manager fall into the following 7 categories:

- Cost Management,
- Time Management,
- Quality Management,
- Contract Administration,
- Safety Management, and
- CM Professional Practice which includes...
